Up Hill and Down Hill Walking — The TR2000-HRC has 10 levels of incline and 5 levels of decline that give you the ability to walk up hill and down hill during your workout. This adds variety to your workout to help you stay motivated and gives the physiological benefits associated with walking down hill. Walk-Thru Design — The LifeSpan TR2000-HRC is designed with the motor tucked underneath the frame saving 18" in the overall treadmill length. This supports an efficient "walk-through" design that lets you get close to the console and handlebars without kicking or stepping on the front hood as you exercise. Advanced Console — Motivational programming includes programs that adjust the belt speed or incline, allow you to preset the distance, adjust the incline and speed to control your heart rate, and programs that you can pre-set yourself. User features include the quick buttons for speed and incline and handlebar control buttons that let you control the incline and speed of the belt without letting go of the handlebars.
