The BH X5 Elliptical takes the features of the BH X4 one step further with the addition of our patented Adjustable Width Pedal (AWT) technology that allows you to adjust the spacing between the pedals for a natural stride.  AWT allows you to customize pedal position for different body types & workout styles.  

Also included in the BH X5 are ERGO Grip handle bards, and a heavy weight flywheel.
