Quickly and easily folds to 11" thin so you can store it under a bed, in a closet or behind a door. The intuitive console features a large, easy-to-use display with six exercise programs, motivating readouts and quick speed and incline buttons. All this plus it comes fully assembled and ready to use right out of the box. As you grip the heart rate sensors on the handlebars, your heart rate reading will display on the console. Go directly to 3, 4, 5 or 6 mph and to incline level 4, 6, 8 or 10 by pressing the desired speed and incline level button on each side of the console display. You can also increase or decrease speed and incline using the Up/Down arrow buttons.
