 Soon after graduating with a college degree in business marketing, and while working in sales as an account executive and product manager for one of North America's largest leather tanneries, Robert Harrison conceived a new business in 1983 and began cutting the company's very first orders of leather weightlifting belts. From these humble beginnings, while drawing on experience and knowledge gained through athletics and many hours of dedicated, intense training in the gym, Bob created, organized, and developed for 15 years the Grizzly Fitness business. Then in 1997, Bob established Raw Power Fitness Products Inc. to achieve and fulfill goals he had set back in 1983, and to continue the company's development of products for the fitness enthusiast.
